The idea
Plan the walk past sold homes. At each home, everyone stops and makes a guess. Distance points are full, because you stand right there.
How to plan
- Open the map before the walk.
- Find four or five sold homes along a route of 3 to 5 km.
- Share the route with the group.
The league
Everyone adds each other as friends. Compare scores after each walk. Keep a table over the season.
Good manners
- Stay on public streets.
- Do not stand too long in front of a home.
- Do not photograph people or windows.
A side effect
After a season, the group knows the area's prices better than most estate agents. Well, almost.
