The service

PricePinner is a free game where you guess the sold prices of real properties. Property information is shown for entertainment and educational purposes only — it is not financial, investment or valuation advice.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• Keep your credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per player. Leaderboards only mean something when they’re honest.

Fair play

Don’t cheat, automate guesses, scrape the service, or harass other players. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and availability

Property data comes from public sources and may contain errors. The service is provided “as is”; we may change or discontinue features. Scores have no monetary value.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
