Yes. Playing is free on web, Android and iOS. No credit card, no paid boosts.
Are the properties real?
Yes — every property in the game really sold, and the price you’re guessing is the actual sold price.
How does scoring work?
Each guess is worth up to 1,000 points on a logarithmic curve: near-misses keep most of the points, wild guesses lose them fast. Details on the how to play page.
What’s the difference between Detailed and Price Only mode?
Detailed shows the full listing — photos, size, rooms, description. Price Only hides the extras for a harder, purer challenge. Switch modes in your game settings.
Can I guess the same property twice?
No — one guess per property. That’s what makes the leaderboard honest.
Account
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one — it keeps your points, history and friends in sync across devices. Sign up with your email or a social login.
How do I play with friends?
Add friends from the social screen in the app. Your friend leaderboard updates with every scored guess.
How do I delete my account and data?
Follow the steps on the data deletion page. Deletion is permanent — points included.

No — the web and mobile apps are built from the same codebase and play the same way.
