How to play
One property, one guess, up to 1,000 points. Here is everything you need before your first pin.
The map is the game
Everything starts on the map: real streets, real houses, real sold prices hiding behind every marker. Your job is to read the neighbourhood the way a buyer would — then commit to a number.
1 · Pick a property on the map
The map shows real homes that recently sold. Tap a marker to open the property board: photos, address area, living size, number of rooms, and the listing description.
- Play close to home for an edge — or far away for a challenge.
- Each property can be guessed once, so make it count.
2 · Choose your mode
Two ways to play, set from your game settings:
- Detailed — full clues: photos, size, rooms, description. The classic experience.
- Price Only — for purists. Less to go on, more glory when you nail it.
3 · Pin your price
Slide to the amount you believe the home sold for and lock it in. The scoring is instant — and honest.
Scoring is logarithmic: small misses barely cost you, but the further off you are, the faster your points fall away.
The scoring scale
Every guess is worth up to 1,000 points. The closer you land, the more you keep.
