Board games are fun. A home price game night is something different. Here is a simple format.
Before the night
- Everyone installs PricePinner and adds each other as friends.
- Choose an area that everyone knows, or one that nobody knows.
The format
- Round 1: everyone plays the same three homes. No clues. Compare the scores out loud.
- Round 2: each person picks one home for the others. Explain the choice after the answer.
- Round 3: Quick Guess mode, as many homes as you can in five minutes.
Points for the night
Add up the scores. The winner chooses the next area. The lowest score does the dishes.
Talk about the misses
The best part of the night is often the talk after a big miss. "How can that flat cost so much?"
Keep it kind
Joke about each other's guesses, not about the homes or the people who lived in them.
