In PricePinner, nothing is installed directly on the computers that we use. Everything runs in Docker.
What runs in containers
- The REST API and the database.
- The map tile server.

Two environments
There is a test environment and a production environment, each with its own settings file. A change goes to test first.
The control scripts
Each part has one control script with clear commands. It is the only way we start, stop or build anything. That keeps the steps the same every time.
