How a duel works
Pick a home you both can see, guess without peeking, screenshot before the reveal. Closest to the sold price takes the round. Best of five decides dinner; best of twenty-one has ended friendships (they came back).
Duel etiquette
No whispering the slutpris if you've seen it. No 'I was going to say that'. And the winner narrates the story forever — that's not a rule, just physics.
