Market words

Utgångspris — the teaser asking price; rarely where things end. Slutpris — the sold price; the only number the game scores. Budgivning — the bidding war between them. Avgift — the monthly fee that quietly reprices every apartment.

Pris per kvadratmeter — price per square metre, the great equalizer. Taxeringsvärde — the tax valuation, which everyone quotes and nobody trusts.

Round — one property, one guess, one truth. Precision — how close your price landed, as a percentage. Proximity — how physically near you were when you guessed. Elite Valuator — the rank the leaderboard argues about.
