Day one
Open the map. Blue pins are unplayed homes; walk near one and Start Valuation lights up. Photos first, clues second, then commit a price with the ±1% and ±10% nudge buttons — or type your number like you mean it.
Your first reveal will sting or delight. Both are correct. The curve pays up to 1,000 points and your legend has officially begun.
Day two to seven
Add one friend (instant rivalry), play one round a day (instant streak feeling), and read one clue less each round (instant skill). By Sunday you'll have a rank, an opinion about monthly fees, and a grudge.
