What is PricePinner?

A free game for Android and iOS where you guess what real Swedish homes sold for.

A toy Swedish neighbourhood with a big blue map pin over a red cottage

PricePinner is a free mobile game for Android and iOS. You guess the final sale price of real homes in Sweden, and you score up to 100 points per guess.

The idea in one sentence

You know the place. You guess the price.

What you see

You open a map with homes that really sold. You pick one. You see where it is, and you can study clues, such as the living area, the number of rooms and the year it was built. You also see photos and the description. Then you set your price.

What happens next

The game shows the real final price at once, with your score. Every home really sold, and the answer is always the real sold price. There are no invented listings and no estimates.

How the score works

Each guess has three parts:

  • Up to 50 points for how close you stand to the home.
  • Up to 30 points for how close your price is.
  • Up to 20 points for the clues that you do not open.

The distance part is the twist. A walk past a home that you are curious about becomes part of the game.

Who plays

  • People who plan to buy a home and want to practise before the bidding starts.
  • People who want to know what homes in their area really cost.
  • People who like GeoGuessr and want a new kind of challenge.
  • Friends who argue about prices at dinner and now want to keep score.

What it costs

Nothing. PricePinner has no ads, no in-app purchases and no paid boosts. It covers homes in Sweden, and the app is in English and Swedish.
